okay luh. yesterday's training was tiring :/
coach told me to do the lower arm throwing,
since my arm is always dropping down when i throw.
and it was weird! for a few minutes.
but i guess its easier this way.
but for long distance.. not really :/
HAHA anyway our zonals are coming.
so we've to work hard (:
hope simin's arm will get better.
